Warrior Strong

What does it mean to be "Warrior Strong"?

At HB duPont, we pride ourselves in being "Warrior Strong." We teach students behavior expectations in all areas of the school: hallways, classrooms, the cafeteria, the bus, and even the bathroom! Warriors are accepting, responsible, and engaged every day of the week. We make sure our students are stakeholders in this process, and they create reminder lessons, taught on E days, for their peers to see and talk about.

"Warrior Strong" students do not go unrecognized. All students have the ability to earn "Warrior Strong" points from their teachers. Warriors can buy items from the school store with their points as a celebration for their hard work. Certain students might be awarded "Warrior of the Month." 

Students who want to help teach others the "Warrior Way" have opportunities to get involved through:

Warrior Strong Ambassadors: students lessons highlighting a positive behavior paired with a TikTok-esque video used to promote discussion

School Store: points earned when their teachers spot them being accepting, responsible, or engaged!
